Pattern Shift Coaching

Change needs more than a good insight.

Pattern Shift is structured around supported change: identifying the pattern, changing the response, testing it in real life, and reinforcing it before the old pattern has a chance to take over again.

Why sessions matter

A new response needs support before it becomes natural.

A shift can begin in a single conversation, but most lasting change needs repetition, review, and real-life application.

New ideas are vulnerable when they are left on their own too soon. The purpose of the package structure is to keep the new response alive long enough for it to become more available under pressure.

Start here

The first step is clarity.

The consultation is where we clarify what keeps happening, what you want instead, and which format gives the work the right amount of support.

Free Consultation

A short conversation to understand the pattern, the outcome you want, and whether Pattern Shift is the right fit. There is no pressure to decide anything on the call.

If the issue is appropriate for this work, I will recommend the package that matches the depth of the pattern.

What we look at
  • What keeps repeating
  • What usually triggers it
  • What you want to happen instead
  • How long the pattern has been operating
  • Whether coaching is the right kind of support
Package options

Choose the right container for the pattern.

The difference is not simply the number of sessions. The difference is how much structure, testing, and integration the pattern requires.

Focused starting point
Pattern Shift Foundation
4 sessions

For one specific recurring pattern that is reasonably contained. Useful when you know the situation, reaction, habit, or belief you want to change.

What we work on

Mapping the pattern, identifying what keeps it in place, building a more useful response, and reviewing early real-life application.

Deeper change
Pattern Shift Deep Change
12 sessions

For long-standing or identity-level patterns that show up across several areas of life. This is for changing an older internal strategy, not just one behaviour.

What we work on

Mapping the wider pattern architecture, working with old meanings and identity conclusions, and building new responses across multiple contexts.

High-stakes issue
Strategic Communication Intensive
One intensive + 2 follow-up sessions

For a specific conversation, decision, conflict, leadership moment, presentation, negotiation, or boundary issue.

What we work on

Clarifying the outcome, identifying the internal pressure point, rehearsing the communication strategy, and refining after real-world use.

What people bring

The pattern does not need to be perfectly named.

If it keeps happening and you want it to change, that is enough to begin the conversation.

Automatic reactions

Emotional responses that arrive before you have had time to choose how you want to respond.

Self-sabotage and avoidance

Patterns where you know what would help, but something else takes over when it is time to act.

Communication and confidence

Holding back, people-pleasing, over-explaining, conflict avoidance, or not saying what you actually mean.

Health and behaviour patterns

Eating, drinking, exercise, or follow-through patterns that have not responded to knowledge or willpower alone.

One boundary worth naming: Pattern Shift is practical change work. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. If you are unsure whether it is appropriate for your situation, the consultation is the right place to ask.

Next step

The first step is not choosing a package.

The first step is understanding the pattern clearly enough to know what kind of support makes sense.
