Focused session
For a specific, contained pattern you want to stop. One session, one thing — a reaction, belief, habit, or avoidance. We identify what is keeping it in place and build a more useful response. You leave with something concrete.

The Reset
Breakthrough session
A single intensive for patterns that have resisted everything else. We map the full structure — the meaning, state, and identity keeping the old response in place — and build something that was not available before. Unhurried, thorough work in a single sitting.

The Rebuild
Session sequence
A structured sequence for patterns that need time to become the new normal. We work through the core structure, test the new response in real situations, and reinforce it across sessions until it stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like you.
